03 · The four days
04 · The moment
With Dr. Laurence Hillman, the team’s archetypes came together on one wheel.
Everyone completed an archetype assessment ahead of the retreat.
Results met on a single team wheel. Brad carried the largest Warrior, leading from the front.
Not a label. A shared language for how each person works, and where they can grow.

A new hire, at home in week oneShe met the whole team in person before working mostly apart, and started with relationships instead of introductions over email.
A shared languageThe archetype wheel gave everyone words for how they work, and a picture of what to build on next.
Palm Springs, owned by everyoneThe Sausalito team saw the desert office, a live project and the market up close.
