What we look for
The requirements.
- 01Group-ready
You host or serve private groups, roughly 10 to 150 people. Venues can offer a buyout or a block of private rooms.
- 02A proven track record
At least two years running your business, and two recent group or corporate clients we can speak with.
- 03Licensed and insured
Business license and general liability insurance. We’ll ask for a certificate of insurance before any booking.
- 04Qualified practitioners
Wellness and facilitation partners hold a current certification or training in their practice.
- 05Clear pricing
Rate card or sample pricing, minimums, capacity and lead times, so we can plan honestly with clients.
- 06Presence over spectacle
You care about how people feel, not just how it photographs. The quiet details matter here.
