Two years running in the desert.

A design studio’s company retreat in Palm Springs.

“The programming put us on a different playing field, and we saw the vision for what comes next, together. We couldn’t have done this on our own.”

How far ahead should we book?

Three to six months out is ideal, and larger groups or peak-season destinations do best with more. We have also put retreats together in less than two to three weeks. If your timeline is tight, send the form anyway, we like a challenge.

What does a retreat cost?

Demand for great venues, rooms and food has climbed sharply in recent years, so a retreat today is a meaningful investment. Most land between $1,700 and $3,900 per person per day, all in: lodging, meals, facilitators, transport and meeting space. We give you a clear estimate before you commit to anything.

How big a group can you plan for?

We plan for leadership teams as small as 3 (8 or more is ideal) up to companies of 200 and beyond. Group size shapes which properties, destinations and formats make sense, so tell us your number on the form.

Where do you plan retreats?

Home is the San Francisco Bay Area and Palm Springs. From there, we plan anywhere, Europe included.

Our team isn’t into breathwork or sound baths. Is that a problem?

Not at all, and you may be surprised. Every session is an invitation, and some of our most skeptical guests have left on a high. Once planning starts, you’ll also find the agenda fills up fast, so wellness takes only the time you give it.

What’s included when we work with you?

A to Z. Venue, lodging, agenda, facilitators, food, transport, gifts and on-site production. Your team just has to show up and be present. We handle the rest.

How do you know if a retreat worked?

We set goals with you up front and survey attendees before and after. You get a short recap of what changed and how to keep it going back at the office.

What happens after I send this form?

We’re fast. You’ll usually hear back within hours, and within one business day at most, to set up a short call. Then we send a first concept with destinations, a sample agenda and a cost range. Haven’t heard from us? Call (415) 475-0510 or email hello@therenewaloffice.com.
