Why Mandarina
Jungle, beach and room to think.
Mandarina is a private, master-planned stretch of the Riviera Nayarit, set between the Sierra Madre and the Pacific. It feels removed without being hard to reach.
Two resorts anchor it. One&Only Mandarina puts guests in treehouses and cliff villas above the ocean, and Rosewood Mandarina, open since 2025, adds a beach pavilion, polo field and equestrian center.
For teams that want something simpler, Sayulita sits about 30 minutes south, with a dedicated yoga retreat center and a small beachfront hotel that hosts retreats.
We bring teams to Mandarina when they want quiet luxury and a real break from the usual resort strip.
