Why Mexico City
A city that wakes everyone up.
Mexico City gives a team more to talk about than almost anywhere. Murals, ancient pyramids, design shops and a food scene that ranges from street tacos to some of the world's best restaurants.
It is easy to reach. Nonstop flights run from nearly every major US hub, and the best hotels sit in Polanco and along Paseo de la Reforma, close to Chapultepec Park.
The hotels are built for groups. Four Seasons wraps its meeting rooms around a garden courtyard, St. Regis has a ballroom for 450, and the Ritz-Carlton's event floor looks out over Chapultepec Castle.
We bring teams to Mexico City when they need fresh ideas and a shared experience that feels nothing like the office.

From the office
Why we bring teams here.
We bring creative, product and leadership teams to Mexico City, because the culture and food give people something to react to, and that is where new thinking starts.

Questions
Planning a retreat in Mexico City.
How far is Mexico City from Houston and New York?
Nonstop flights take about 2.5 hours from Houston and about 5 hours from New York, and there are nonstops from most major US hubs. Every guest needs a valid passport. The city sits at about 7,350 feet, so we plan a gentle first day.
When is the best time for a retreat in Mexico City?
March to May is warm and sunny, and October to November brings clear skies and Día de Muertos. June to September has afternoon rain most days, which is easy to plan around indoors.
What size groups fit in Mexico City?
Almost any size. A 19-room boutique hotel can be taken over by a leadership team, while St. Regis and Four Seasons handle groups of 300 or more.
What can a team do in Mexico City?
Tour markets and cook with local chefs, visit the National Museum of Anthropology, ride bikes through Chapultepec and take a day trip to Teotihuacan. We add strategy work, archetypes and sound baths.
Who plans and runs the retreat?
The Renewal Office designs it around your goals using the TRO Six Pillars, then handles venue, programming, facilitators and production from the first call to the week after.
