Why Sedona
Red rock that quiets the noise.
Sedona's sandstone buttes change color all day, from orange at sunrise to deep red at dusk. It is hard to rush in a place that looks like this.
Trails start minutes from the resorts, and Oak Creek runs cool through the canyon. A morning hike in Boynton Canyon can set the tone for a whole day of work.
The town has a long tradition of reflective work, with world-class spas and guides for breath, sound and horse work. That makes the inward side of a retreat easy to staff well.
We bring teams to Sedona when they need to slow down, look inward and come back with a clear head.
