Why Valle de Guadalupe

Wine country without the crowds.

Valle de Guadalupe feels like an earlier, quieter Napa. More than a hundred wineries sit along dirt roads, and chefs cook over open fire in the vineyards.

It is close. From San Diego the Tecate route takes under two hours, which makes it one of the few international retreats a West Coast team can reach by car.

The hotels lean toward wellness and wine. Banyan Tree Veya has a temazcal, sound healing and a reflection labyrinth, El Cielo can seat 350 among its vines, and Adobe Guadalupe keeps a herd of Azteca horses.

We bring teams to Valle de Guadalupe when they want food, wine and real conversation, close to home.
